By accessing GetAseed (getaseed.com), registering an account at chat.getaseed.com, or deploying our automation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

Our terms are built on complete transparency: - **7 Days, completely free:** Eligible businesses receive a 7-day onboarding period at no cost with zero hidden activation fees. - **Contract only if you're happy:** Your paid subscription begins only after the 7-day trial concludes and with your explicit confirmation. - **Growth Plan Delivery:** Following onboarding and business requirement gathering, our team prepares a personalized growth blueprint within 2–3 business days.

GetAseed operates on the Official Meta Cloud API infrastructure. All users must comply with: - Meta Commercial and Developer Policies - WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies (including opt-in requirements and content guidelines) - Anti-spam regulations and fair usage policies. Users are strictly prohibited from transmitting unsolicited bulk spam or deceptive content.

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual cadence as selected during checkout. Direct conversation charges from Meta (such as per-conversation WhatsApp Cloud API rates) are passed through transparently based on official Meta rates.

GetAseed provides tools to enhance communication and drive conversions. While our systems are engineered for 99.9% uptime and high deliverability, we are not liable for downtime caused by external third-party outages (such as Meta upstream incidents) or improper customer workflow configurations.
